MIOMIO provides digital AI-generated creative content and prepaid AI generation credits. Due to the nature of digital services, refund eligibility depends on the extent to which purchased credits have been used.
01 Refund Eligibility
- No generations used: Eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- 5 or fewer generations used: Eligible for a partial refund corresponding to the unused portion of the purchased credits within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- More than 5 generations used: Refunds are generally not available once substantial use of the Service has occurred, except where a verified technical issue on our side prevented successful delivery of the purchased generation service.
02 Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue affecting the Service, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide support, replacement generations, or a refund.

04 Chargebacks
Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes after substantial use of the Service may result in temporary suspension of access to the Service while the dispute is reviewed.
05 Consumer Rights
Consumer rights: Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law. Where local consumer protection laws provide additional rights or remedies, those rights will prevail.
